Your tasks:

• Independent project supervision/construction management: control, coordination and monitoring of construction work with a focus on building construction
• Supplementary negotiations with subcontractors
• Monitoring of subcontractor costs, execution deadlines and execution quality incl. defect management
• Carrying out the commissioning and acceptance phases
• Checking the planning (quality assurance)
• Evaluating tender documents, keeping documentation records
• Checking measurements and invoices
• Scheduling and tendering
• Schedule, quality and cost control with reporting to project management

What you bring with you:

• Successfully completed studies in the field of building construction or comparable technical training
• At least three years of professional experience in the field of building construction
• Experience in conducting negotiations with companies and subcontractors
• Sound knowledge of contract law (BB, VOB A/B/C, HOAI etc.) and the relevant standards and guidelines (DIN, VDI etc.)
• Confident handling of MS Office and MS Project and knowledge of AVA software (e.g. Orca)
• Negotiation skills, assertiveness and a sense of responsibility
• Business fluent in written and spoken German
