In this responsible position, you will be involved in the international rollout of the "Real Estate" target operating model and will be responsible for managing real estate transactions (transaction management) for the Fresenius Group.
Specifically, you will be responsible for the optimization of lease and property portfolios (analysis, strategy, project recommendation) and develop location analyses and concepts (incl. business cases).
You will manage real estate transactions with a focus on the sale of properties in Germany that are no longer required for operations as well as new leases and lease optimizations abroad.
You will prepare and conduct negotiations, including managing the drafting of leases and purchase agreements.
You will independently manage internal and external teams during the transaction processes, including the selection and integration of service providers in Germany and other European countries.
Last but not least, you will prepare decision papers for internal departments and the investment committees.
Successfully completed studies with a focus on corporate real estate, business administration, architecture, civil engineering or a comparable qualification
At least 7 years of professional experience in real estate asset and transaction management
Strong knowledge and skills in the real estate industry
Experience in corporate real estate in an international context desirable
Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
An entrepreneurial personality with a sure instinct who can develop and structure your area of responsibility independently and is looking forward to taking on full project responsibility
Verbal and written communication and presentation skills in business fluent German and English, a confident manner at all hierarchical levels and first-class stakeholder management skills
Strong team player personality, with high motivation and understanding of service
