(Senior) Manager Supply Chain Management / Business Analyst (m/f/d)

As a (Senior) Manager Supply Chain Management / Business Analyst (m/f/d), it is your main responsibility to ensure timely product launches and the continuous supply of biosimilar products to the markets.

YOUR TASKS:

• Analyze global demand vs. supply for one or more biosimilar molecules
• Provide transparency on demand vs. supply to enable cross-functional alignment and management decisions
• Participate in S&OP cycles and drive demand, inventory, and supply analysis
• Forecast Drug Substance and Drug Product demand for 18 months based on Finished Product sales forecasts
• Manage procurement, production planning, and coordination with suppliers for Drug Substance (DS), Drug Product (DP), and Finished Products (FP)
• Oversee inventory at all supply chain levels (DS, DP, FP)
• Lead supply launch readiness and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams and timelines
• Support Tech Transfer projects and Business Development initiatives

YOUR PROFILE:

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management (or similar)
• 5-10 years of experience in number-driven environments (e.g., finance, supply chain, consulting or similar)
• Strong experience in data analysis, project management, and global supply chain coordination
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Excel, SAP ERP, and project management tools
• Knowledge of (bio)pharmaceutical processes, GMP, and regulatory requirements is a plus
• Fluent in English, with additional language skills (German or French) as a plus
