(Senior) Supply Chain Manager Operations (m/f/d)

As (Senior) Supply Chain Manager Operations (m/f/d), it is your job to ensure delivery capability in the internal and external supply chain. You will be responsible for interface management between production and internal departments and ensure smooth cooperation. The aim is to make a significant contribution to increasing delivery reliability in order to reliably supply customers and patients and avoid critical bottlenecks in the supply chain. Sustainable and stable processes are ensured through comprehensive communication and coordination of process-relevant tasks as well as the optimization of process efficiency.

Your tasks:

- Qualitative and quantitative planning, scheduling and monitoring of procurement processes

- Coordination and coordination in dealing with supply bottlenecks

- Coordination and coordination of overarching issues (project management)

- Monitoring and optimization of inventories

- Optimization and design of the supply chain, master data and downstream O2C processes

- Supplier management and collaboration on supplier assessments

- Definition of process standards and reduction of process costs

- Definition, monitoring and analysis of KPIs

- Creation, adaptation and maintenance of SOPs

- Creation of statistics and reports for KPI monitoring

- Support for other processes within Customer Service

- Collaboration on new product launches and product relocations

Your profile

- Completed business studies with a focus on logistics or a commercial background

- 3-5 years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally with relevant experience in the area of supply chain

- Experience in project coordination is an advantage

- Basic knowledge of supply chain management (SCM) and order-to-cash (O2C) processes desirable

- Very good written and spoken English skills

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- High IT affinity as well as very good Excel skills and analytical skills

- Experience with SAP, SAP IBP and Office 365 an advantage
