Your Role
As a Business Partner, you will take on responsible and diverse tasks in an international and dynamic environment. You will work closely with global stakeholders and be actively involved in strategic and operational projects, ensuring a high level of autonomy and ownership.

Your Key Responsibilities
Support the further development and establishment of the Subsidiary Management department
Serve as a business partner for all Fresenius Kabi subsidiaries and act as an expert on shareholder-related topics
Define, coordinate, and implement global end-to-end standards
Execute governance responsibilities for Fresenius Kabi AG’s investments
Prepare and obtain approvals for shareholder agreements and articles of association
Develop and manage processes for board nominations
Support the implementation of a global subsidiary management platform and redesign related processes
Manage internal restructuring projects, including mergers, liquidations, and spin-offs
Provide global support on financing topics, dividend planning, and equity measures
Drive and support global strategic projects
Your Profile
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commercial Law, or a related field, ideally with a focus on Controlling, Finance, or Taxation
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in tax, controlling, finance, or subsidiary management
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across international and cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
High interest in international project work within a global environment
Structured, independent, and team-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
