To strengthen our team, we are looking for an employee for patient management (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• As an employee in our Service Center for Patient Management, you will be the first and most important contact for our patients
• You will be responsible for central scheduling and coordination
• With your courteous and confident manner, you will ensure that every caller feels immediately valued and well advised.
• You take on administrative tasks, such as maintaining patient data and correspondence
• Other tasks

• Completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), healthcare assistant (m/f/d) or comparable training
• Professional experience in a hospital and knowledge of patient management are desirable as well as experience and skill in using IT systems
• A confident manner of expression and a pronounced service orientation are a matter of course for you
• You have a patient-oriented and structured way of working and keep an overview even in stressful situations
• An empathetic approach to patients and relatives as well as cooperative collaboration with colleagues, also across departments, are a matter of course for you
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
