Employee Patient Management Elective Services / Private Clinic (m/f/d)

At the Helios Vogtland-Klinikum Plauen, we are looking for a part-time (30 h/week) Patient Management Employee for Elective Services and Private Clinic (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

• Sales activities in the initiation, coordination and processing of inquiries (from patients, relatives and sales partners or payers)
• Professional and proactive communication (in writing and by telephone) with all interfaces. You have the initial contact with interested parties. You communicate, coordinate and organize inquiries and the resulting treatments
• You are the contact person for service providers (e.g. doctors and nursing staff) as well as for administration (e.g. contact with cost bearers in cooperation with patient billing, claims and conflict management, etc.).
• You will be responsible for data management and maintenance in the SAP/CRM system
• You will be responsible for the implementation and support of administrative processes, such as patient admission, occupancy management of
• occupancy management of the optional services/private ward and telephone consultation.
• Organizational support for patients before, during and after their outpatient and/or inpatient stay

• Successfully completed commercial training or studies
• Professional understanding of service and high service orientation
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Basic medical knowledge or experience in the field of
• Patient management and good IT skills
• Willingness to work according to schedule and on weekends/holidays
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
