To strengthen our team at the Bad Schwartau site, we are looking for you as a full-time or part-time Patient Management Employee (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

• Personal and telephone contact (m/f/d) for our patients and their relatives, visitors as well as attending physicians and colleagues
• Scheduling appointments for patients
• Correct recording of relevant billing data
• Implementation of service tasks in the front and back office area
• In patient management: participation in shift work from Monday to Friday
• Supplementary: Support in the event area with occasional evening/weekend assignments

• Successfully completed training in the healthcare sector, e.g. medical assistant, healthcare and nursing assistant, geriatric nurse (m/f/d)
• Professional experience in a hospital or medical practice and knowledge of patient management are desirable
• A friendly manner in dealing with people and a high degree of customer orientation
• Reliability, flexibility and commitment, a high sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team and deal with conflict
• Confident use of a PC and the usual standard software (MS Office) and ideally previous knowledge of SAP
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
