Employee Patient Management / Central Patient Admission (m/f/d)

At the Helios Vogtland-Klinikum Plauen site, we are looking for a part-time (30 h/week) Patient Management Employee for the Central Patient Admission (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• Check-in and check-out of patients incl. central administrative patient admission (outpatient/pre-, partial-, post-inpatient / consultation hours)
• Cash register management
• Patient survey
• Feedback management/complaint management
• Reception activities/central information

• Completed commercial vocational training, ideally as an office communications clerk or healthcare clerk
• (m/f/d), as a medical documentation assistant (m/f/d) or as a medical assistant (m/f/d)
• Knowledge of SAP and confident use of MS Office programs are an advantage
• Friendly, service-oriented demeanor and a pleasant appearance
• Commitment, reliability, organizational skills, flexibility and team spirit
• Willingness to work according to schedule and on weekends/holidays
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
