(Senior) Personnel Controller / HR Controller (m/f/d)

We are looking for you as (Senior) Personnel Controller (m/f/d) for the Personnel Controlling department for the Helios Region South, based in Wiesbaden, Germany, on a full-time and permanent basis as soon as possible.

• Preparation of regular reports (e.g. monthly and annual financial statements) for internal and external stakeholders
• Planning and controlling personnel costs as part of business planning and monthly projections
• Preparation of decision bases for the hospital management
• Further development and standardization of personnel controlling
• Collaboration with other specialist departments, including financial controlling and financial accounting
• Contact person for the clinic management

• Successfully completed studies in the field of economics with a focus on personnel / personnel controlling or comparable training
• Professional experience in personnel controlling, ideally in the healthcare industry
• Confident handling of MS Office applications, in particular very good knowledge of MS Excel
• Knowledge of the HR management software P&I LOGA desirable
• Strong analytical thinking skills as well as a structured and results-oriented way of working
• Initiative and strong communication skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
