Senior Project Controller (m/f/d)

As Senior Project Controller, you will play a key role in driving the transformation and effectiveness of our project controlling processes. Working closely with the Head of Support Function Controlling, you will ensure financial commitments are met while providing strategic insights that enhance decision-making. Your expertise will support project managers in optimizing resource allocation, ensuring budget compliance, and driving continuous process improvements. Your Responsibilities

• Continuously enhance project controlling processes to drive efficiency and performance.

• Partner with project managers to optimize resource allocation and ensure effective utilization.

• Conduct ongoing variance analyses, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.

• Prepare clear, data-driven reports and impactful management presentations.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement within Project Controlling and the PMO.

• Support the execution of the digitization roadmap, with a focus on front-end tools and dashboards.

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in FP&A or Project Controlling in an international environment.

• Ideally, experience in the medical technology or healthcare industry.

• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.

• Ability to simplify complex financial concepts and communicate them effectively.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset.

• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

• Expertise in SAP modules SEM-BCS, CO, and BW.

• Experience with front-end tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
