Personnel Controller (m/f/d)

We are looking for a full-time Personnel Controller (m/f/d) for the Personnel Management department at our Helios Vogtland-Klinikum Plauen site at the earliest possible date.

• Carrying out all evaluations and compiling data for monthly and annual financial statements, business planning and test status reports
• Further development of personnel controlling at the location
• Close cooperation with commercial controlling and the auditors
• Ad-hoc evaluations and analyses on various topics
• Active participation in the design and optimization of HR processes
• Participation in internal projects

• Successfully completed business studies (alternatively computer science, mathematics or similar) or alternatively qualified training and several years of professional experience

• Sound knowledge of personnel controlling, preferably in a hospital
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills and a high affinity for working with data and figures
• Very good IT skills, in particular MS Office and personnel and time management systems
• Structured, reliable and independent way of working as well as ability to work in a team, initiative and commitment
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
