Junior Personnel Controller / Starter Personnel Controlling (m/f/d)

To support our personnel controller team in the Helios Region South, we are looking for you as a full-time Junior HR Controller (m/f/d) as part of our Helios Starter Program for a limited period of 2 years with an option to be taken on early, based in Wiesbaden.

• We will make you an expert in the field of personnel controlling
• You will get to know the area and interfaces of personnel controlling at Helios and gain insights into the key figures that are essential for corporate management
• You will support you in day-to-day operations and, if necessary, have a positive impact. for projects with
• For your individual development, you will pass through stations defined by us through on-the-job training
• Part of your individual starter program in the field of personnel controlling is a shadowing phase in which you get to know different areas of a clinic
• The aim of the program is to prepare you to take on a position as an employee in personnel controlling within the 1-2 years

• A university degree with a commercial orientation or a completed apprenticeship in the commercial sector
• Ideally, a training or study focus in controlling or human resources
• Very good Excel skills
• Affinity for numbers and analytical thinking
• High level of commitment as well as initiative and assertiveness
