• We will make you an expert in the field of personnel controlling
• You will get to know the area and interfaces of personnel controlling at Helios step by step and gain insights into the key figures essential for corporate management
• You will support us in our day-to-day operations and, if necessary, get involved in projects
• The aim of the program is to prepare you for taking on a position as a personnel controlling employee within 1-2 years
• To this end, the program is accompanied by online and face-to-face seminars to help you further develop your professional skills

• You have a university degree with a commercial focus or have completed training in the commercial sector
• Ideally, your training or studies focused on controlling or human resources
• You have digital skills and very good knowledge of Excel
• Your affinity for numbers and your analytical thinking skills are among your strengths
• You also show commitment, like to get involved on your own initiative and keep an eye on your goals even when faced with unexpected challenges
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
