Join our Helios Administration team at the Helios Vogtland-Klinikum in Plauen as a Junior Personnel Controller (m/f/d) as part of our Helios Starter Program as soon as possible - limited to 2 years with the option of early employment, full-time or part-time.

We will provide you with accommodation in Plauen free of charge for up to six months during your initial time on site. After that, you will have the opportunity to move to another Helios site - depending on your personal prospects and the company's requirements.

• We will make you an expert in the field of personnel controlling
• You will get to know the area and interfaces of personnel controlling at Helios and gain insights into the key figures that are essential for corporate management
• You will provide support in day-to-day operations and may be involved in projects
• For your individual development, you will pass through stations defined by us through on-the-job training
• Part of your individual starter program in the area of personnel controlling is a work shadowing phase in which you will get to know different areas of a clinic
• The aim of the program is to prepare you to take on a position as a personnel controlling employee within 1-2 years

• A university degree with a commercial focus or completed training in the commercial sector
• Ideally a training or study focus in controlling or human resources
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• An affinity for numbers and analytical thinking skills
• High level of commitment, initiative and assertiveness
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
