For our Vascular Surgery Clinic in Krefeld, we are looking for a full-time Chief Medical Secretary (m/f/d) with immediate effect.

• You will be the central point of contact for our doctors and clinic staff
• Supporting the head physicians in the organization and implementation of their management activities
• Managing general correspondence and communication with patients as well as organizing and taking minutes of meetings
• You take over the follow-up of consultation hours
• Exam preparation for our PJ students

• Completed training as a nurse / medical assistant / MFA (m/f/d)

• Knowledge of medical nomenclature and strong IT skills
• You have a talent for organization, strong communication skills and are always friendly, helpful and service-oriented
• A friendly and engaging manner towards patients and relatives is a matter of course for you
• You enjoy multi-professional teamwork in a team with an outstanding reputation
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
