We are looking for you to join our pool of senior physician secretaries specializing in angiology at the Helios Clinic in Hildesheim as a senior physician secretary as soon as possible.

• Versatile insights - a varied workplace awaits you in the deputy pool of the chief physician secretariats

• General secretarial tasks (office organization, appointment coordination, document management, etc.)
• Internal and external correspondence
• Working together as equals in a motivated and dynamic environment

• Completed vocational training in the commercial sector, as a medical assistant / MFA (m/f/d) or equivalent experience in the healthcare sector

• Organizational skills, reliability and strong communication skills
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Ability to work independently and responsibly

• Remuneration in accordance with the company collective agreement
