We are looking for you to join the Helios Health Institute in Leipzig as a Junior Project Manager Clinical Research as soon as possible!

• Assistance in project management of self-initiated and sponsor-initiated medical research projects (planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring)

• Support in monitoring the project status, in particular adherence to the schedule and budget, including the management of human resources in the project
• Support in cost planning and budgeting of medical research projects and in applying for funding
• Participation in study preparation and feasibility testing of medical research projects
• Submission of medical research projects to the ethics committee and authorities
• Assisting with the preparation of essential study documents (e.g. study protocol, data collection forms, patient information and consent forms, investigator files)
• Communication with sponsors, authorities and project partners as well as documentation in project overviews

• Completed medical or scientific studies or a comparable degree Studienfach
• Initial experience in clinical research and project management wünschenswert
• Understanding of medical issues and Zusammenhänge Confident handling of modern IT-Systemen
• Fluency in spoken and written English Schrift
• Structured, conscientious, reliable way of working with a high degree of self-organization
• Very good communication skills, ability to work under pressure and friendly and engaging Auftreten
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
