Project Manager Digitalization (m/f/d)

full-time, based in Berlin or nationwide, at one of our clinic locations.

• Project management as part of the introduction of various digitization projects with a primary focus on the implementation of the Hospital Future Act (KHZG) and other legal regulations (e.g. e-prescription)

• Collaboration on concepts for the implementation and operation of eMedication systems as well as education and training measures for users and key users to ensure optimal use of the eMedication solution
• Design and optimization of digitally supported work processes relating to drug prescriptions, taking into account the development wishes of clinical users Clinical-pharmaceutical collaboration with the Helios specialist groups to implement digital solutions with the aim of improving drug therapy safety
• Active error management and communication with IT staff responsible for products and processes and other stakeholders.
• Checking the pharmaceutical master data required for the medication process in accordance with the QMS
• Organization, coordination and contact person for local pharmacy key users in the context of digitization projects

• Licensed to practice as a pharmacist

• Enthusiasm for digitalization and a high affinity for IT topics in the healthcare sector
• Analytical and conceptual thinking with the ability to structure complex issues and develop solutions
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary exchange as well as significant stakeholder management skills
• Committed personality with the know-how to act purposefully even in confusing situations and an independent and responsible way of working
• Experience in clinical work is an advantage
