To strengthen our practice team in the medical care center in Markranstädt on the western shore of Lake Kulkwitz, we are looking for you on 01.04.2025 as a

MFA / medical assistant / medical assistant (m/f/d)

part-time (30 h / week)

• You will support us with telephone patient coordination and appointment management at the registration desk
• You will look after our patients before, during and after consultation hours
• You will assist with examinations, treatments and outpatient procedures and work closely with our patients
• Your tasks will also include documenting treatment procedures, patient data and assisting with the billing of services (private and statutory health insurance)
• Within the practice organization, you will be responsible for ordering and the preparation and follow-up of the practice rooms, among other things

• You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in the outpatient sector, e.g. with regard to EBM billing, but career starters are also welcome
• You enjoy working in a team where you can rely on each other
• You have a willingness to take responsibility, flexibility and commitment
• You have good interpersonal skills and an empathetic approach to patients
• You are also open to new ideas and enjoy continuously expanding your specialist knowledge
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
