MFA / medical assistant / medical assistant (m/f/d)

full time

• Telephone patient coordination and appointment management at the registration desk is part of your area of responsibility
• You will receive and care for our patients before, during and after consultation hours
• You will assist with examinations, treatments and, after training, also with interventions and work closely with our urological patients
• You document patient data and also support us with insurance and private medical billing

• Completed training as an MFA (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• You are open to new ideas and enjoy continuously expanding your specialist knowledge
• Empathy towards our patients
• Ideally, you have knowledge of EBM billing or are open to acquiring this knowledge
• Professional and social skills as well as a strong ability to work in a team
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
