To strengthen our practice team in the medical care center in Kahla, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as a

MFA / medical assistant / medical assistant (m/f/d)

part-time (30-35 h /week)

• Telephone patient coordination and appointment management at the registration desk is part of your area of responsibility
• You will take care of patients before, during and after consultation hours
• Administrative work, such as private billing / health insurance billing and writing documents and letters on behalf of doctors
• General laboratory activities are also part of your daily work routine
• Ensuring quality and hygiene management

• Completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• First professional experience desirable
• Experience in dealing with medical practice software
• Good manners, confident dealing with patients and relatives
• A structured and goal-oriented way of working, quick comprehension skills
• Ability to work in a team, absolute discretion, loyalty and reliability
