To strengthen our practice team in the medical care center in Kassel, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as a

MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d)

full-time

• You are the contact person for our patients at the registration desk and coordinate the practice process including appointment allocation and telephone service
• You will accompany the doctor's consultation and assist with various therapy and diagnostic procedures
• You will also be responsible for electronic data management as well as maintaining and managing patient files
• You will support us in recording services and preparing invoices for statutory health insurance physicians and private physicians (quarterly invoices)
• You will also take on some of the tasks of a practice manager (including practice organization, close cooperation with the commercial management and administrative areas)

• You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable professional qualification
• Ideally, you have general user knowledge of MS Office and practice software programs or are able to acquire this quickly
• You have good manners and deal with patients in an empathetic manner
• You work in a service-oriented manner and impress with your friendliness and professionalism
• You also impress us with your communication skills, flexibility and patient-oriented way of working
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
