At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as an area manager (m/f/d) for a sub-area in the main building in Erfurt.

• Extensive induction and close cooperation in the department management team as well as support from the nursing management
• Ensuring efficient and needs-based staff deployment planning as well as the optimization and further development of nursing processes in the area of responsibility
• Conducting annual staff development meetings with the ward managers for needs-based staff development and coordinating vacation, training and further training plans
• You are jointly responsible for the implementation of our corporate goals and lead your employees in a motivated, cooperative and goal-oriented manner
• You are professionally responsible for the process, structure and result quality in your areas in accordance with legal requirements
• Developing ideas and improving and securing the performance of your area with a high level of patient satisfaction
• You understand how to reconcile nursing and medical priorities with business management thinking

• Successfully completed training as a healthcare and nursing professional with several years of professional experience
• Completed studies in the field of nursing management and/or completed further training to manage a ward and functional unit and/or an equivalent qualification as well as extensive experience in a management role
• You are solution-oriented, innovative and help shape change processes in a goal-oriented manner
• You demonstrate organizational talent for all care services and contribute to the continuous development and assurance of care quality
• A sense of responsibility, flexibility, resilience, the ability to delegate and assertiveness are prerequisites
• Responsible, prudent and independent working style
