Area Manager for the Intensive and Intermediate Care Unit (m/f/d)

• You will manage, support and motivate the department team and be responsible for resources and needs-based staff deployment planning

• Staff management and development
• Structuring the work processes
• Close cooperation with the nursing management and the medical service
• Ensuring the quality of care and care documentation as well as supporting your employees in implementing Helios guidelines are an important part of your work
• You enjoy actively shaping the further development of your area, the coordination and optimization of processes

• Completed training as a healthcare and nursing professional

• Several years of management experience in the above-mentioned areas would be desirable
• Completed specialist training in intensive care and anesthesia
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• An interesting and varied job in a cooperative team
