Head of the Intensive Care and Intermediate Care Unit (m/f/d)

• You will lead, promote and motivate the divisional team and will be responsible for resources and needs-based workforce planning
• Employee management and development
• Structuring of workflows
• Close cooperation with the nursing management and the medical service
• Ensuring the quality of care and care documentation as well as supporting your employees in the implementation of the Helios guidelines are an important part of your work
• You enjoy actively shaping the further development of your department, the coordination and the optimization of processes

• Completed training as a nurse
• It would be desirable to have several years of management experience in the above-mentioned areas
• Completed specialist training in the field of intensive care and anaesthesia
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
