Nurse (m/f/d) for the Intermediate Care Station

To strengthen our nursing teams , we are looking for a nurse (m/f/d) for the Intermediate Care Ward for the Freital location - full-time (part-time up to 30 h/week also possible)

• You will be responsible for the care, care and monitoring of our patients from all disciplines
• You plan and document the care measures of our patients
• You are the first point of contact for our patients, relatives and accompanying persons
• Close interdisciplinary cooperation with other professional groups or departments

• State professional license as a nurse (m/f/d) or equivalent
• Professional experience or knowledge in the field of intermediate care - preferably specialist training in intermediate care or intensive care and anaesthesia
• Willingness to work across departments, in a team-oriented manner
• High level of professional and social competence, quick comprehension and manual dexterity, high sense of responsibility, quick reaction time
• Ability to act flexibly and independently, mental and physical resilience as well as a special interest in further education and training
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
