At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you full-time or part-time for the Intermediate Care Ward of the Helios Dr. Horst Schmidt Clinic Wiesbaden as a

Nursing Specialist (m/f/d)

You will work together on an interdisciplinary basis in our multi-professional team at eye level

You will look after and care for patients on the intermediate care ward independently and professionally

You carry out medical prescriptions

You carry out the nursing documentation

You implement the expert standards and the care concept of the ward

You have completed vocational training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d)

You are responsible and empathetic in dealing with our patients and their relatives

You are willing to work in an area with high work intensity

You see yourself as part of a team, are enthusiastic and contribute ideas for the further development of patient care

Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• Remuneration according to TVöD-K/VKA, pay group P8, step allocation depending on professional experience, at least level 4 according to company agreement
• Further development opportunities: further specialist training in intensive care/anaesthesia - after completion, pay group P9, practice supervisor, wound manager, medical product officer or hygiene officer
• Skills development in handling catecholamines, ventilators and monitor monitoring
• Individual requests and adaptation of the duty roster, nursing to patient ratio: 1:3
• At least 3 months induction with consideration of further development, extension to 6 months possible at any time
• Regular in-patient training and instruction days with the practice supervisors
