To strengthen our team, we are looking for you for various departments of the nursing, functional and medical-technical service on a full-time or part-time basis as

Head of department (m/f/d)

• Organization of the nursing, functional and medical-technical service in the assigned units outside the children's hospital
• Management, further development and quality control of existing standards and processes in the assigned departments
• Further expansion of patient-oriented work and care structures
• Personnel development planning and staff deployment planning for the subordinate area
• Absence management, duty rostering, training and further training planning
• Representation of the nursing management

• Completed training as a healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d) or healthcare and pediatric nurse (m/f/d) with several years of professional experience
• High level of professional and social competence, leadership experience and assertiveness
• Flexibility and creativity as well as diplomatic skills and the ability to lead employees in a team-oriented manner
• Willingness to work on conceptual tasks (organization, training, qualification measures, construction measures)
• Very good IT skills in Microsoft Office
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
