Data Protection Coordinator (m/f/d)

• After an individual induction by competent colleagues from the Helios data protection department, you will support the respective MVZ operating sites in the following main tasks:
• Support of the responsible data protection officer
• Contact person on the subject of data protection on site
• Identification of data protection-relevant issues in daily work and corresponding identification of measures
• Support in the assessment of data protection issues
• Participation in data protection documentation, including in the Helios data protection management software, as well as the implementation of centrally defined data protection standards of the Helios data protection management system
• Support in the planning and implementation of data protection training and awareness-raising measures as well as the creation of site-specific information and training materials

• You have an interest in data protection and a willingness to familiarize yourself with the topic
• You have the ability to formulate facts in an understandable way
• You are a communicative personality with a self-confident manner
• You are characterized by the ability to find practicable solutions
• The ability to work in a team rounds off your profile

• Extensive training opportunities (e.g. acquisition of the "Data Protection in Healthcare" certificate) as well as regular exchange with other colleagues in the field of data protection will enable you to quickly familiarize yourself with the topic of data protection and its practical implementation on site - even if you are a career changer
• You will build up a network in Helios data protection, expand your specialist knowledge and apply it in practical exercises at our digital quarterly meetings, among other things
