Chief Medical Secretary (m/f/d)

• Independent and autonomous organization of the clinic director's office and the private consultation hours Scheduling and coordination of internal and external appointments of the clinic director's office Independent recording of billing figures according to GOÄ Patient management (control of contents of medical records and documentation, discharge management) Public relations (e.g. maintenance of the website), preparation and implementation of meetings and events, organization of events Recording of the clinic's expert opinion orders

• Several years of professional experience in a secretarial office, preferably in a clinic in conjunction with 3 years of completed vocational training Confident knowledge of PC application (MS Office package) Knowledge and experience in project management, quality assurance and public relations desirable Good knowledge of medical terminology Legally required proof of immunization against measles
