To strengthen our team in Leipzig, we are looking for a full-time Deputy Head (m/f/d) for the reprocessing unit for medical devices.

• Planning, controlling and monitoring work processes
• Creation of duty rosters
• Ensuring the efficient and error-free reprocessing of medical devices
• Compliance with quality and hygiene regulations
• Personnel management and compliance with occupational health and safety
• Cooperation with internal and external customers
• Analyzing the work processes

What you bring with you:

• You ideally have a successful qualification as a technical sterilization assistant (m/f/d), technical qualification I, technical qualification II or the willingness to acquire it
• High level of responsibility, motivation, balance and professionalism
• Very good communication skills
• High social competence as well as team and motivational skills
• Good IT skills
