We are looking for a Deputy Head of Anesthesia Care (m/f/d) for our clinic in Bonn with immediate effect.

• Professional, disciplinary and organizational management of non-medical employees: in anesthesia care, nursing students: inside, paramedics: inside, advanced training participants: inside and interns: inside
• Planning, coordination and optimization of departmental processes
• Implementation and improvement of personnel management such as managing and challenging subordinate employees in anaesthesia care in line with target and quality characteristics
• Implementing hygiene concepts and specifications, accident prevention regulations and data protection requirements
• Monitoring medical equipment in accordance with MedGV, managing and ordering OR-oriented storage materials
• Monitoring the ordering and storage of medication, maintaining BTM documentation, checking medication cabinets, emergency trolleys, backpacks and anaesthetic trolleys
• Ensuring high-quality, patient-oriented careSafeguarding and coordinating the induction of new employees: inside
• Monitoring the planned and defined work processes in the department, organizing the division of work, taking into account the qualifications of the individual employees: inside

• Completed training in healthcare and nursing, preferably completed specialist training in intensive care and anesthesia
• Personal maturity
• Many years of professional experience in nursing - ideally already with management experience, but not a prerequisite
• High level of professional and social competence, communication and teamwork skills and willingness to cooperate with other professional groups
• Experience in working with IT and HIS
