Deputy Head of Hospital Pharmacy (m/f/d)

We are looking for you as Deputy Head (m/f/d) for our hospital pharmacy in Erfurt at the earliest possible date.

• Support and representation of the pharmacy management in organizational, technical and personnel matters; participation in the strategic development of the pharmacy
• Ensuring a safe, economical and legally compliant supply of medicines including logistics, unit dose system and warehousing
• Responsibility for drug production (sterile, formulation, defect) and ensuring quality, validation and GMP-compliant documentation
• Clinical-pharmaceutical consulting and promotion of drug therapy safety (AMTS) in close cooperation with medical and nursing staff
• Project management for digitalization and process optimization - e.g. implementation of e-prescription, closed-loop medication, electronic manufacturing documentation and QMS further development
• Promotion of training and further education for pharmaceutical staff and personal professional development

• A license to practice as a pharmacist (m/f/d)
• A keen interest in IT-supported solutions and comprehensive MS Office skills
• Ideally several years of professional experience in a hospital pharmacy
• Flexibility, commitment, resilience and a sense of responsibility
• Communication skills and solution-oriented work
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
