Deputy Head of Anesthesia Care (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for a Deputy Head of Anesthesia Care (m/f/d) for our clinic in Kronach.

• Team management: Management, motivation and further development of the non-medical team in close cooperation with the medical head of anesthesia
• Personnel management: planning, control and development of personnel deployment as well as responsibility for personnel management
• Occupational safety: organization and implementation of briefings in accordance with occupational safety guidelines and the Medical Devices Act

• Qualifications: Completed training as a healthcare and nursing professional, nurse, MFA or comparable training
• Specialist training: Additional qualification in intensive care and anesthesia care
• Management experience: Several years of experience in a managerial or comparable position desirable
• Expertise: Ideally experience in the field of anesthesia care
• Working style: Independent, structured and extremely reliable
• Proof: Legally required immunization against measles
