In your role, you will support the coordination and organization of the deployment plans and work closely with the management to ensure the smooth running of the flexible stand-in assignments - even when things get stressful.

We are looking for a committed personality as Deputy Head (m/f/d) for our pool of jumpers at the Krefeld site as of 01.01.2026.

• Management and organization of duty and vacation planning for the care pool of the nursing service
• Planning of training and further education for the stand-in pool team
• Scheduling of the employees in the pool
• Conducting feedback and criticism meetings to promote employee motivation and development
• Failure management to ensure a smooth roster organization

• Completed training as a healthcare and (pediatric) nurse (m/f/d)
• Completed further training in middle management or willingness to complete it
• Confidence in stressful situations
• Ability to coordinate and promote successful cooperation
• Ability to work independently
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
