in the function of

Deputy Head of Endoscopy (m/f/d)

• In addition to working in the endoscopy department, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• You form a management team with the Nursing Manager Endoscopy and are jointly responsible for the organization and conceptual management of the nursing team
• You will be responsible for staff deployment planning, absence management and the organization of the ward team
• You will ensure evidence-based nursing care, including documentation and coding according to the ward concept as well as active further development and implementation of the hospital's internal nursing organizational structures
• You will take on deputy participation in regular communication meetings and ensure that information is passed on to subordinate employees
• You will play an active role in continuous personnel development for the targeted further development of employees and take part in regular training and further education courses
• You support the ward manager in ensuring the implementation of the company and clinic goals

• You are a trained healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d) / medical assistant (MFA) (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification

• You have several years of professional experience in functional areas or endoscopy, if possible with management responsibility
• Ideally, you have specialist training in endoscopy as well as further training in accordance with the S3 guideline on sedation in endoscopy or are willing to complete it
• Ideally, you have completed a management course or a degree in nursing management or are willing to complete the management course or degree
• You have a talent for organization, the ability to deal with conflict and strong social skills and are willing to work on-call duty
• Confident use of IT applications, including iMedOne, MS Office is desirable
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
