Head of Endoscopy (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Head of Endoscopy (m/f/d) for our clinic in Bonn with immediate effect.

• Independent performance of specialist activities
• Nursing assistance during endoscopic examinations
• Compliance with the appropriate and professional quality of care in compliance with expert standards in nursing and internal group standards

• Preparation of endoscopes and medical devices
• Participation in call services and monitoring of sedated patients
• In addition to working in the endoscopy department, you will take on the following tasks: You will form a management team with the Deputy Head of Endoscopy Nursing and will be jointly responsible for the organization and conceptual management of the nursing team. You will be responsible for staff deployment planning, absence management and the organization of the ward team. You will ensure evidence-based nursing care, including documentation and coding in accordance with the ward concept, as well as actively developing and implementing the hospital's internal nursing organizational structures. You will take part in regular communication meetings and ensure that information is passed on to subordinate employees. You will be actively involved in continuous personnel development for the targeted further development of employees and take part in regular training and further education.

• You are a trained health and nursing professional (m/f/d) / medical assistant (MFA) (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification
• You have several years of professional experience in functional areas or endoscopy, if possible with management responsibility
• Ideally, you have specialist training in endoscopy as well as further training in accordance with the S3 guideline on sedation in endoscopy or are willing to complete it
• Ideally, you have completed a management course or a degree in nursing management or are willing to complete the management course or degree
• You have a talent for organization, the ability to deal with conflict and strong social skills and are willing to participate in on-call duty
• Confident use of IT applications, including SAP and MS Office, is desirable
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
