(Junior) Manager - Global CRM & Applications Project Management Office (PMO) (m/f/d)

Your key responsibilities:

• Gather relevant inputs, information and data
• Manage program communication and planning
• Act as central POC in the coordination of project-related meetings, steering committees, and governance sessions for different projects
• Support CRM & Applications Lead and wherever needed other team members in administrational tasks
• Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and communication
• Track project progress, risks, and issues, providing clear visibility to leadership.
• Support the development and maintenance of a central repository for project resources, tools (PM tools like JIRA, DevOps or Confluence...).
• Coordinate and provide administrative support and coordination for multiple projects across CRM & Applications including but not limited to Salesforce (e.g. Field Service, MLR, Customer Master). The role is focused on supporting project teams and leadership to ensure timely communication and reporting
• ​Support stakeholder engagement and manage day-to-day project activities while facilitating communication between stakeholders, leadership, and project teams
• Ensure regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and dependencies

Your profile:

• You have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Pharma/ Life Science industries or Consulting, preferably in strategic and business-oriented roles and/or consulting
• A Salesforce certification and/or Project management certifications is a plus.
• You are experienced in the coordination and management of commercial initiatives (sales, marketing, service) across multiple countries and business divisions within a multinational company
• You have experience in large-scale multi-country cloud implementation initiatives and project management
• You bring excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences and stakeholders.
• You have profound project management and stakeholder management skills, including use of project management tools
• You have an independent, process- and result-oriented way of working
• You have relevant experiences from having worked with international team
• You are fluent in the English and German language (written & spoken) any additional languages are an advantage
