As part of your assignment, you will have the opportunity to gain exciting experience in biomedical research project management over a period of 6 months, apply your theoretical knowledge in practice and thus play a key role in shaping the healthcare system of the future.
You will actively support our creative team in the processing of medical, scientific and pharmaceutical issues with a special focus on biomedicine/life sciences with a focus on oncology & hematology and cell therapy, in particular CAR-T therapy
You will gain insights into the project management of an EU-funded project to improve hospital processes in the field of Rapid CAR-T Manufacturing, Health Economics, Patient Eligibility
You will screen for innovations in the field of Cell & Gene Therapy, create dashboards on companies, products, platforms and therapies and evaluate them uniformly and gain initial insights into the basics of project management
Furthermore, you will contribute your sound scientific expertise and conduct literature, patent and database searches on current issues in health management and innovative technologies and treatment methods and support the assessment of innovative business ideas. You will work with us to create clinical trial landscape analyses and carry out competitive analyses
It is clear that you will be part of our creative project team from the very first moment and will also be involved in the development and evaluation of new product ideas and therapeutic concepts, thereby making a valuable contribution.
Current Master's degree in a molecular biology / natural science program, e.g. human medicine, biochemistry, molecular biology, human biology, biomedicine with excellent grades
Sound knowledge of cell biology, cell & gene therapy, gene editing technologies such as CRISPR-Cas, oncology, hematology, CAR-T therapy, immunology, virology, basics of clinical research
Exceptional interest in medical-scientific issues, business contexts and an analytical, structured approach
High level of commitment, quick comprehension, independent working style as well as a high level of initiative and communication skills
Creativity and professionalism in creating scientific presentations and visualizing biomedical publications
Initial experience in a student consultancy and basic business knowledge are an advantage
