Social services employee (m/f/d)

At the Helios Clinic Bleicherode, we are looking for you to join our social services team (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Advice, preparation and processing of applications for rehabilitation or follow-up treatment

Advice and clarification of financial and social law claims and voluntary benefits with the various social service providers (e.g. health, pension, nursing care insurance, social assistance, employment services, housing and pension office) as well as assistance in enforcing claims

Coordinating appointments with the rehabilitation clinics

Ensuring care at home

Co-supervision of inpatient rehabilitation patients

You have successfully completed a degree in social work

You have strong empathic skills for sick people in different social situations and have strong social skills in dealing with all professional groups, patients and relatives

You have an independent, flexible and patient-oriented way of working

You have organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure as well as a high degree of responsibility and assertiveness

Ideally, you have experience in the field of specialist clinical social work (inpatient/outpatient)

The necessary proof of immunization against measles
