We are looking for an innovative and strategic Lead People Engagement Systems professional to champion our HR engagement technology initiatives. As the product owner for our HR system of engagement, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and enhancing our HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform, driving digital transformation, and leveraging emerging technologies to meet the evolving needs of our workforce.
Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for HR engagement systems, ensuring seamless alignment with HR and business objectives.
Act as the product owner for ServiceNow HRSD, managing the backlog and prioritizing features based on organizational needs.
Work closely with HR leadership and stakeholders to gather and prioritize engagement requirements, translating them into system functionalities.
Stay ahead of trends in HR engagement technologies, including AI and chatbot solutions, to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Identify and implement process improvements to ensure a seamless, user-friendly, and efficient platform experience for employees.
Collaborate with IT and technical teams to manage platform configurations, integrations, and enhancements that are scalable, secure, and compliant.
Act as a bridge between HR and IT, ensuring alignment on technical requirements, configurations, and deployment timelines.
Lead change management efforts, supporting smooth rollouts, training, and communication plans for new tools and features.
Gather feedback from employees and stakeholders to refine and optimize the engagement system and elevate the employee experience.
Incorporate emerging technologies, such as AI and chatbots, to streamline interactions and enhance self-service capabilities.
Measure the impact of digital engagement tools on employee satisfaction and provide actionable insights to refine strategies.
Lead initiatives to introduce cutting-edge features, ensuring the platform evolves to meet organizational and employee needs.
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degrees or certifications are a plus).
At least 10 years of professional experience in HR technology or HRIS roles, with at least 3 years in leadership or product ownership positions.
Strong experience with ServiceNow HRSD or similar engagement platforms, including workflow configuration, case management, and self-service features.
Demonstrated success in delivering scalable digital solutions that enhance the employee experience.
Experience with chatbot technologies, AI applications, or other digital engagement tools is a plus.
A strategic thinker capable of translating complex business needs into impactful technology solutions.
Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, with a knack for building cross-functional relationships.
