Join our Strategic Recruiting & Employee Experience team at the Helios Kliniken GmbH headquarters as a full-time/part-time Senior HR Manager Engagement and Employ ee Survey (m/f/d) based in Berlin as soon as possible.

• Planning and conducting our annual survey of over 70,000 employees, including negotiations with the Group Works Council and other relevant bodies

• Analyzing and interpreting the data to improve employee engagement
• Supporting the development of measures to promote employee engagement
• Advising management on topics such as corporate culture and employee retention
• Presenting results and recommendations for action to our top management

• Successfully completed studies in business psychology, business administration, human resources or comparable fields
• Several years of professional experience in the field of employee surveys and employee engagement, ideally in a managerial position
• Strong analytical skills and experience in data interpretation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills round off your proactive and solution-oriented way of working
• Team player with high social skills
