Global Digital Systems & Martech Product Owner (m/f/d)

Your assignments:

• Operate and enhance the existing MLR, CMS, CPM and DAM solution and support the overall implementation of these systems across all of Fresenius Kabi regions and Business Units. This includes:
• Ensuring compliance with legal, medical, and regulatory requirements through the MLR system.
• Managing and optimizing content through the CMS.
• Supporting corporate planning, budgeting, and performance analysis through the CPM system.
• Efficiently managing and delivering digital assets through the DAM system.
• Act as the primary technical decision maker within the team, overseeing technical designs and features of the different systems.
• Work closely with different stakeholders to define features, enhancements, and improvements.
• Provide technical mentorship to other team members, guiding them through complex problems, promoting their technical growth, and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the team.
• Lead architectural decision-making to craft robust and scalable solutions that effectively address diverse business needs.
• Maintain and prioritize the requirements backlog for each system, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Track and evaluate key performance metrics related to efficiency, quality, and project deadlines, promptly addressing any deviations.
• Develop and manage project plans for system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT developers, regional admins and manage relationships with relevant vendors for each system, ensuring service level agreements are met.
• Establish and maintain appropriate release management processes for each system.
• Stay up-to-date with relevant technologies, best practices, and industry trends related to MLR, CMS, CPM, and DAM systems

Your profile:

• You have a completed university degree in business administration, economics, or similar field, preferably MBA or PhD
• You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience preferred in the Pharma/ Life Science industry, preferably in MLR, CMS, CPM, and DAM focused systems and commercial-oriented roles.
• You have extensive experience in implementing and operating MLR, CMS, CPM, and DAM systems including a proven track record in one or more of the systems.
• Extensive Veeva PromoMats experience is a plus
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as Business Analyst, Consultant, Product Owner or Admin are a plus.
• You bring a deep understanding of MLR, CMS, CPM, and DAM best practices.
• You have gained experience in leading technical decisions and projects, with a proven ability to meet business objectives and timelines.
• You have an independent, process- and result-oriented way of working.
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
• You are fluent in the English language (written & spoken), any additional languages are an advantage.
• You had the chance to gain intercultural experience and you are willing to travel internationally
