Your tasks:

• Organization and implementation of the legal framework for operation, maintenance and servicing of operational tasks
• Ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the clinic
• Compliance with fire and disaster prevention requirements
• Personnel responsibility for the employees working at the sites
• Project and cost controlling within the scope of activities
• Close cooperation with the clinic, regional management, external departments and partners

What you bring with you:

• Bachelor's degree, master craftsman/technician (m/f/d) in the field of electrical engineering, hospital operating technology, technical building equipment, supply engineering or comparable qualification
• Interest in technology in the hospital sector
• Experience in the operation of technical building systems in high-tech properties desirable
• Good IT skills
• A high sense of duty, commitment, assertiveness and an independent way of working
• Strong service, customer and team orientation
• Cooperative and collegial leadership and communication style
• Class B driving license
