(Senior) Manager Workplace Strategy (m/f/d), temporary for 2 years

Your task

• You are the main contact person for Fresenius users at the Bad Homburg headquarters and throughout Germany and are responsible for the strategic management of the space portfolio.

• You will also support the change management processes during the transformation and develop communication strategies.

• You have ownership of the data relevant to workplace management in our CAFM database. Ensure data quality and further development of reporting/analysis of KPIs for strategic space management.

• You maintain close relationships with our internal and external stakeholders and are responsible for our committee work.

• Last but not least, you are responsible for service management and take ownership of projects. You will also be responsible for cost/ budget planning, approval submissions, etc.

Your profile

• University/university degree in architecture, interior design, industrial engineering, facility management or similar qualification, or equivalent level of knowledge through extensive, relevant professional experience

• Several years of relevant professional experience in workplace management, ideally in a corporate environment / larger company

• Experienced handling of MS Office and job-relevant software (CAD, CAFM), an affinity for technology/IT and a desire to further develop standards in the field of digitalization in the area of workplace management

• Very good written and spoken German and English skills

• In addition, we expect you to be a motivated, responsible, detail-oriented, communicative personality with analytical thinking skills and a convincing appearance with a high level of team competence
