Medical Documentation Assistant (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a part-time Medical Documentation Assistant (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• Independent tumor documentation in the Celsius 37 system according to ADT/GE-KID basic data set and its modules of oncological cases using valid key systems (ICD-10, ICD-O-3, OPS, TNM etc.)
• Checking the plausibility, validity and completeness of the data and maintaining the existing databases by correcting and supplementing them
• Independent organization of all documentation tasks in the respective center to be supervised, including the collection of follow-up data and communication with the responsible physicians
• Collaboration in setting up the electronic reporting channels, including reporting training
• Other tasks

• Completed training as a medical documentation assistant (m/f/d) or as a medical assistant (m/f/d)
• Experience in tumor documentation is desirable
• sound knowledge in the areas of anatomy and oncology as well as in tumor documentation
• proficient knowledge of MS Office, SAP, databases (GTDS), evaluation systems and archiving systems (ELO), as well as a command of medical nomenclature
• Strong organizational skills, a confident manner and an independent and structured way of working
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
