For the start of training on 01.10.2025 for our Helios Clinic in Pforzheim, we are looking for you as a

Trainee medical technologist for laboratory analysis (m/f/d)

• A three-year dual training program, which is divided into a school-based and practical part
• Department-specific activities, such as independent and autonomous examination of blood and body fluids to detect diseases
• You will acquire knowledge in the pre-analysis and analysis of human medical samples, as well as documentation for laboratory medical patient findings
• Maintaining our laboratory equipment and carrying out internal and external quality control responsibly
• Your training will focus on clinical chemistry, haematology, haemostaseology, immunohaematology, microbiology, serology and histology
• Your practical training will take place at the Institute for Laboratory Medicine, Transfusion Medicine and Microbiology (ILTM) at Helios Klinikum Pforzheim; your academic training will take place in cooperation with the Medical Technical Academy Esslingen (MTAE) in Esslingen

• Secondary school certificate or (technical) high school diploma
• You have an interest in medicine and technology and a high level of concentration combined with a persistent way of working
• You are characterized by a committed, reliable but also team-oriented character who enjoys helping people
• Ideally, you have already completed an internship in a laboratory or hospital
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
