We are looking for you as a medical assistant (m/f/d) for our outpatient clinics in Erfurt .

• Areas of application are in the various. Consultation hours in all outpatient clinics
• Responsibilities for the computerized recording and documentation of patient data
• Supporting the doctors, especially when admitting patients
• Assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and their preparation and follow-up, including taking blood samples
• Organizational and administrative tasks, such as making appointments, coordinating consultation hours, etc.

• You have completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d)
• You are responsible and empathetic in dealing with our patients
• You are the first point of contact for relatives, doctors and therapists
• You see yourself as part of a team
• You are enthusiastic and contribute your ideas for the further development of patient care
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• A temporary full-time position in a single-shift system with a weekly working time of 38.5 hours from 28.06.2025 until 04.10.2025 as a replacement for maternity leave with extension as a subsequent parental leave replacement
