Would you like to gain an insight into the HR department of a large corporation during your studies and expand and deepen your knowledge from your studies in practice?

With us, you have the opportunity to do just that: as part of your student traineeship, you will immerse yourself in the HR world of the Fresenius Group and get to know the benefits processes of an international DAX-listed company. And while you get a taste of practical experience in our team, you can also make contacts and fill your student fund.

Your challenge in detail

• You will support us in the administration of the benefit programs
• You will be responsible for creating letters to employees and recording returns
• You will also be responsible for maintaining data in the system and maintaining personnel files
• Your support is also required in the creation of evaluations
• Furthermore, answering employee inquiries is part of your exciting area of responsibility

Your expertise is in demand

• Current full-time studies in economics or similar
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
• Reliability and a precise way of working
• An affinity for numbers is an advantage
