Working student (m/f/d) Global Total Rewards
Are you interested in human resources and would like to take a look behind the scenes of an international healthcare company during your studies? Then join us as soon as possible! During your assignment, you will become part of our Global Total Rewards department. You will get to know all processes relating to remuneration, international assignments and Workday expansion. At the same time, you can get a taste of practical experience, make contacts and explore possible career paths.
Your tasks
- You will create various documents and papers (employee appraisal documents, etc.)
- You will also create process documentation for Workday process design and project planning
- You will also be responsible for reporting and process support (annual salary adjustment, target assessment, long-term incentive communication, etc.)
- You will also actively support our team with projects and the creation of presentations in various formats
- Of course, you will also prepare analyses and evaluations of remuneration data and trends
- What's more, you will create relevant documents using Word, Excel, PowerPoint or OneNote
- Last but not least: you will actively support the preparation and follow-up of appointments and information events
Your profile
- Currently studying full-time in the field of business administration, economics or similar, ideally with a focus on human resources
- Economic understanding and affinity for numbers
- Intercultural competence
- Quick comprehension and high quality standards
- Very good MS Office skills
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
