Here you will experience how we drive forward topics such as remuneration, international employee assignments and digital HR systems (Workday) on a global scale - and get actively involved.

Your tasks

Immerse yourself in the world of Global Total Rewards - and experience how international remuneration and HR systems are designed in a global healthcare group.

• You will be actively involved in central HR processes - from annual salary adjustments and target agreements to the communication of long-term incentives
• Reporting & analysis are in good hands with you: You evaluate compensation data and trends to provide our management with a basis for decision-making
• Whether PowerPoint, Excel or Word - you design presentations, evaluations and documents that are used in meetings and projects
• Documentation with vision: You record processes, support the further development of our Workday system and assist with project planning
• In meetings and workshops, you will take on tasks related to preparation and follow-up - including taking minutes and structured follow-up
• And last but not least: You will enrich our team with your ideas and your perspective - as committed support at eye level

Your profile

• You are currently enrolled in a business-related full-time degree program - e.g. business administration, business psychology or a comparable subject, ideally with a focus on human resources
• You are equally interested innumbers, processes and people - and you want to understand how HR works in an international company
• You work in a structured manner, grasp new topics quickly and have the ambition to implement things carefully and reliably
• You are confident with the common MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• You are fluent in written and spokenGerman and English
